Your personal information is used solely to administer your card, improve our service offerings and provide the products you have requested. Under no circumstances will Bancore rent or sell your data to any company, organization or individual.
Your Bancore card login, personal data and all money transactions are protected by state-of-the-art encryption that makes them unreadable in the unlikely event someone would try to monitor the traffic between you and our server. Once your information reaches us, it is safeguarded by state-of-the-art firewalls within our secured network.
Each Bancore card is also assigned a unique username and password, chosen by the user, which are not even visible to Bancore employees. For this reason, lost or forgotten passwords must be reissued in order to regain access to your Bancore card.
Our investment in robust fraud monitoring systems brings the highest level of security to payment processing. We take security very seriously, regularly monitoring Bancore cards for signs of suspicious activity and taking immediate action when necessary to protect our users.
To guard against phishing scams, any emails we send you will be personalized. In addition, we will never ask you to provide identifying information such as your name, password, credit/debit card number, identification number or bank card number by email.

The Bancore service is protected by state of the art firewalls and virus detection systems to protect data from unauthorized access and tampering. These systems are under constant review and are kept up to date with software patches to close potential loopholes in security as they are discovered by the manufacturers. Under no circumstances will Bancore disclose the nature of its protection systems to anyone not directly authorized by Bancore.
